Three days after Danielle Smith unveiled an advisory council on multiculturalism, one member of the council has resigned after it was revealed that he was previously rejected for UCP candidacy in 2018 due to appearing in a video where he called the Holocaust a hoax. How Tariq Khan was approved more recently while having been rejected previously was not explained.
