Won’t provide it in case Postmedia tells anybody else – refuses over a dozen FOIP filings
Per their article, Postmedia has made several requests, so far discovering that there’s at least 400 pages of data that took the government only 15 minutes to collect. They have yet to obtain this data as it “has been blocked each time by officials who alternately claim the records either do not exist or cannot be released.”
“The ministry may be impacted upon the release of this records’ package” is not typically an acceptable excuse to withhold data held by the provincial government, collected with public funding.
