- A number Malkin’s remaining retweets are of far-right site-owner Keeane Bexte, recipient of over $100,000 Alberta taxpayer dollars.
- A few are from the Western Standard, recipient of an unknown amount of Alberta taxpayer dollars.
- Just over a year ago the UCP removed limits on gifts MLAs can receive
- At least 5 cabinet ministers (including Malkin’s boss Danielle Smith) have accepted playoff tickets
- Earlier this month the UCP voted themselves a retroactive pay rise, with an extra $1M for the UCP party specifically
