The Institute for Reconstructive Sciences in Medicine (operated by Covenant Health in partnership with Alberta Health Services) has been phasing out physician contracts, and is soon to lose the last specialist.
No new patients are being accepted to a waitlist over five years long listing over 150 Albertans.
