Judge Wyant to send report to Smith, won’t be able to interview arbitrary individuals, or under oath

Smith ordered the investigation via ministerial order.


 
Critics noted the inability of judge Wyant to issue subpoenas or interview under oath, and that the subject specifically excludes topics such as substandard masks.  Additionally, the report won’t immediately be public, with Danielle Smith provided a one month advance copy.

The #CorruptCare scandal deserves a full public inquiry. This isn’t one. Instead of an ethical, competent government, the Premier commissioned this report that will cost Albertans more than $625,000 and designed it to give herself cover from serious allegations. Read my full statement below ⤵️:
