Political Science professor writes that Bill 20 will restrict voting

Professor Wesley notes that Bill 20 removes the option of vouching for neighbours with out-of-date ID,

Per the Bill text, vouching is removed with item 26 (25th page of pdf, labelled page 12) repealing section 53.01.

Wesley also writes that there have been only 7 cases of voting irregularities in the past decade.  The government has not alleged otherwise.
